I requested a quote and a list of accessories on the iX. Charlie sent me a message and a video of introduction. After reviewing the information I put a deposit in the car. Beto informed me when the car arrived and we set up a time to take delivery. Everyone was respectful and professional.

I came in without an appointment because of a tear in the sidewall of one of my tires. Within an hour, my chassis was inspected brakes, tires, etc. my car was washed and my two new purchased tires were installed all without a formal appointment.
