I live pretty far from this dealership but they sold me the vehicle and want to keep the service with them so they offered to valet the car at no cost. This made the whole process painless for me and I appreciated this as there is never enough time in the day. The whole process was easy and the advisors were pleasant to work with. I would recommend this dealership and the service department based on my personal experience with them thus far.
My first time at Loveland BMW was a pleasure. Everyone was friendly, service was punctual and they kept me informed about the service. When I picked the car up it had been washed which not all dealers do anymore.

After reaching the Service Director,(Shelton) my issue was immediately addressed; a competent service advisor(Cory) was assigned and the problem was resolved. Cory is professional, polite and understands the value of a strong customer relationship. He provided information, called back when he said he would and promptly returned my calls. Some Service Advisors at this dealership seem to be ignoring voice messages, I left 3 before finally connecting with the Service Director.

Great service and beautiful facility! I haven't purchased from them, but their service department is excellent. The advisers are friendly, communicative, and helpful. I've now used them a couple of times, even though they are not the closest dealership to me, and the quality of service will likely ensure I continue to do so.

2021 X5 (G05) 4.0i. After consistent and repetitive poor quality visits at Gebhardt BMW (horrible/no communication/updates from them) in Boulder, my wife and I chose to go to Loveland BMW. After a near 5 week visit (this was the THIRD visit in a two month period to them) to Gebhardt to fix a simple transmission fluid leak with sub 35k miles, I had found the water pump was leaking coolant. I brought my iX in for warranty work and they gave me a brand new iX (higher end than mine) as a loaner. It took a week to fix the issues, but they kept me up to date as things progressed. A really good experience!

They showed us their vehicles and options without being pushy or insisting. They listened and provided offers and incentives which fit our requests When we purchased the sales staff and support people stayed at the dealership long after closing to make sure we were taken care of.
