Easy deal to make being remote from Idaho. Beto took care of me and leasing was easy.
Our salesman Anthony was great, very knowledgeable and honest,also Caleb is a genius about bmx’s, Greg and Debi were also easy to work with One issue I do have is that my oil change is not available until 10,000 miles? My wife will take 2/12 years to get that many miles, so the three year or 30,000 miles Utimate care won’t have much effect, also we will have to drive around with 2/12 years old oil in our nice x5

I live in SLC UT and my local dealership didn't have the car I wanted but I found one online at BMW of Loveland. We did everything over the phone or email and then had the paperwork sent to me via FedEx. A few days after returning the signed the contract the car was delivered to my driveway in SLC!

We arranged to purchase a 2023 X1 with Rocky Rigney on September 26 and completed all necessary pre-work beforehand, including securing financing through our preferred credit union, Westerra, and obtaining insurance coverage. I purchased a 2016 Chevy Corvette from BMW of Loveland just over 3 weeks ago! They said was ready to go and included a 60 day warranty!
Purchase price was $66,000 + taxes and fees (not chump change by any stretch for a 10 year old car).
The day I brought it home, the car started hesitating and the gauges/wipers were going haywire. I got it into my garage and all electronics shut off! Sales guy acted like we were wasting his time. We never met with finance to discuss our loan and interest rate prior to signing documents. We were sitting in sales office for what seemed like forever then pushed into her office to find out that financing was done and we were to sign everything. Our credit scores were well over 800. I purchased a 2020 BMW from BMW of Loveland, VIN 5UXCW2C01N9L34770. During the test drive, an “Assistance Malfunction” warning appeared. The salesperson, Charlie, told me it was nothing and would go away, so I trusted him and completed the purchase.
Only two miles after leaving, the warning returned. I immediately brought the vehicle back. The dealership initially said it would be repaired, but after learning the repair could cost about $5,000, they refused and told me I must take the vehicle as is because the sale was already completed.

Francine listened really well to what options I really wanted on my car and worked hard to find the car that matched.
